Hello all! I am Nick Santolla Majority owner and CEO here at ANYS. I started here in June 2020 and worked my way up the ranks until I eventually bought the company. As a freshman in college it is a big commitment but I am extremely excited to take the reigns on a company that trusted me enough to give me a start in the sports media world. In high school I was a three year varsity wrestler so I know what it takes to build a successful team with a competitive drive. My goals are to put ANYS on the map and in conversations about the best sources for sports content on the east coast. I can't wait to get started.
Hello! My name is Max Edelman, I am the founder and minority owner of ANYS. I am 18 years old and currently a freshman at Hofstra University on Long Island. I am a huge Yankee, Giant, Net, and Islander fan. I have attended a game at all 30 professional ballparks. Outside of the site I am an assistant sports editor at my schools news paper "The Hofstra Chronicle." I also work at my schools radio station "WRHU" and I also work as an intern for the baseball YouTuber Zack Hample. I love writing here and i hope all of you enjoy the site as much as I do.
Hello. My name is Chris Triolo and I’m a writer/editor here at ANYS. I began here back in February of 2021 and have enjoyed every second of it. Since I can remember, I was always involved with watching and playing sports. I’ve played 3 sports across my lifetime, baseball, basketball, and hockey, with baseball being my favorite and the one I still play. I’m a Mets, Rangers, Giants, and Knicks fan, and I have wrote for all those teams while I’ve been here. My fandom for these teams was pretty much adopted from my dad. Besides the Knicks who I kind of naturally became a fan of, my dad grew up watching these teams and passed it down to me. As for my future outside of the website, my goal is to go to college with some sort of communications/journalism major in hopes of becoming something along the lines of announcer, analyst, writer, reporter, etc. ANYS has helped me get my feet wet in these types of things, which is why I first joined and why I will remain here for as long as I can.
What’s up everyone, my name is Casey Lorusso, I am 17 years old and I am from Southern Connecticut. I have been with All New York Sports since December 2020 when I joined to own an Affiliation Page. Several Months later I eventually became a writer and have been one ever since. I’ve been a Rangers and Yankees fan for as long as I can remember and I am in general a huge sports guy. I enjoy many things like Sports, the outdoors, and having fun. In my past I have played many sports like Hockey and Soccer , but now I mainly focus on Baseball and Basketball. In my future outside of ANYS, I plan on going to College and Majoring in Sports Management or a related field.
Hi! My name is Vincent Giacalone, I’m 24 years old and I’m from Long Island, New York. I’m a Stony Brook University alumnus, having minored in Journalism. During my time there, I wrote for the sports section of The Statesman, the university’s newspaper. Since then, I’ve written and edited for this website as well as interning at a local news outlet near where I live. I’m a massive sports fan, with my interests ranging from soccer to basketball and hockey. My real love, however, lies in baseball. I’ve loved that sport ever since I was little, playing with my dad in the backyard and participating in Little League. Even though I no longer play that sport, I still love to watch it and write about it. Despite my favorite team being the Mets, I have learned to love the sport and embrace it no matter what happens. I’m so happy to be a part of this team and to write with such great people. I look forward to sharing my opinions and thoughts with everyone and discussing the beautiful, crazy world of professional sports.
My name is Vinnie Pasquarosa and I am a writer here at ANYS. I hail from Franklin, Massachusetts and love to watch all sports. The Giants and Knicks are my favorite New York sports teams. In my free time I love photography, wrestling and playing hockey and baseball. I just started to wrestle this year and I love it. Although I love to watch Bruins hockey, and Blue Jays baseball, I still tend to root for the Mets and Islanders. My favorite New York athletes are Matthew Barzal or Nick Suriano. I was lucky enough to spend a weekend in New York and go to a Rangers and Giants game. I have had a passion for writing ever since I started last winter. I hope you are able to read through and enjoy my articles.
Hi, I’m Joe Nevola I’m the mascot at ANYS, I’ve been here since March 2020. Sports have played a big factor throughout my life, I use/used sports as an escape to the bad things that happened throughout my life. I played 3 sports growing up. They were Baseball, Basketball and Football. Football was one of my favorites because it helped me get in the best shape and helped me want to better myself and showed me what teamwork really was. The main sports I follow are Baseball, Football and Hockey. My favorite teams are The Yankees, Packers and Islanders. The Packers are my favorite football team because I remember watching them every Sunday with my great grandpa. The Yankees and Islanders come from my Grandpa, these teams are special to me because my grandpa who loved these teams passed away on January 24th 2020 and he was one of my biggest inspirations. While being at ANYS I’ve realized the importance of teamwork and the values of friendship. I know ANYS will go in the right direction because this is the best group of writers I’ve seen

My favorite player is Aaron Judge and all I want is for him to stop getting injured. I’m also a Giants and Knicks fan, they give me something to watch during the baseball offseason. I graduated high school in 2019 and I now attend the University of Maryland where I am a history major and statistics minor.

Hi, my name is Sam DeLeon, I’m a Long Island native looking to gain experience in the sports writing field. Living a short distance from most major sports venues in the Tri-State area, I have grown up going to see these sports live my whole life, growing my love for sports every time I go. The main sports I cover are the Rangers and Knicks but with my love for sports, I enjoy watching all teams in the Greater New York area. I feel I can bring a unique perspective to my articles because I coach multiple teams while also playing on multiple teams. My goal is to one day be a sportswriter for a major publication, All NY sports, which is a great place to start for now though.

Hi I’m George. I’m 18 and, unlike most other writers, from England. Given my familial ties to the New York area, I am a passionate fan of the Knicks, Yankees, Islanders and NYCFC (despite the fact that this has ruined my sleep schedule!). In the past few years, I have been writing sports-related articles for my private enjoyment and use and have now decided to take the plunge into constructing pieces for others to read. I believe that the great team here at AllNYSports will allow me to fulfil my potential as a writer and I can’t wait to show you all what I am capable of.
