Errol Spence Jr. made it clear before the fight, “I don’t want any tune-up”. Right out of the bat, the fighters were sizing each other up in the first round.
After the third round, Danny Garcia had a cut from a Spence punch. Spence appeared to be too quick for Garcia. He seemed to not have lost a step since his accident. After five rounds, Spence was putting on a clinic. Halfway through the fight, I had Spence winning every round so far.
The seventh round saw an accidental head butt that cut Spence’s forehead. In the ninth round, it’s clear Danny Garcia’s eye was closing from Spence’s earlier punch. In the 10th round, Garcia finally won a round in my opinion. It seems Spence took a round off. Next came the championship rounds.
Spence won the last two rounds as I saw it.

I don’t know what fight the judges were watching, but it was a more dominant fight than that. That said, a win is a win. I had Spence winning 119-109.
Terence Crawford was in attendance holding on to the WBO title. Manny Pacquiao holds the WBA title. We don’t know who Spence will fight next, but Shawn Porter said he’s the number one mandatory fighter to fight Crawford.
