Juan Soto at-bats are often must-see TV. His approach to every at-bat and every pitch is really amazing. His command of the strike zone is very impressive. As we have seen time and time again, he often fouls off tough pitches until that perfect pitch comes, and he makes good contact. We saw that in the ALCS last year against Cleveland, which sent the Yankees to the World Series. Yesterday, in a spring training game against the Washington Nationals, he was at it again. He fouled off a pitch, smiled, and nodded to the pitcher as if to say, yeah, good pitch, but I got you. Next pitch, he hit it outta here! Just amazing. Mets fans will enjoy watching him for years to come.
